Jodie, is the CEO and Founder of JCR McKenzie Friend Services. Jodie has over 15 years of experience as a former Children's Social Worker, having worked for various Local Authority's within the East Midlands area and within the Family Court. Jodie spent 5 years of her social work career as a Family Court Advisor and Children's Guardian during her time at Cafcass, representing children in family court proceedings. 

She has extensive knowledge and experience of both private and public law cases. This has included making recommendations to the court in respect of Child Arrangement Orders (both 'live with; and 'spent time with'), Prohibited Steps Orders, Enforcement Orders, Non-Molestation Orders etc. Jodie has worked with over 260 cases within the Family Court, she has worked with children exposed to significant harm including children who have been subject to Parental Alientation, Rule 16.4 cases. Jodie has completed hundreds of Section 7 reports as well as completing a variety of statments including position and final statements and is skilled in dealing with cases involving a range of risks issues such as domestic abuse, substance misuse and mental health. 

Jodie has attended a number of court hearing including Direction Hearings, Case Management Hearings, Fact Finding and Final Hearings. Jodie has first hand experience in giving evidence within the Family Court and has a sound knowledge and understanding of  'Scott Schedules' and is well equipped to provide support for parents, grandparents and others who may be asked to give evidence in court under cross examination. 

Jodie has extensive knowledge of the family court processes and is confident that she can offer advice and support to anyone needing to make an application to the family court.
